Our Founder
Career:
Delma worked in the medical field for the majority of her career until she became an educator at a technical school in 2016. In 2019, she left teaching to foster adults with disabilities. Shortly after, in 2020, she founded this nonprofit to provide assistance to them and others.. In 2021, she also started a minority/woman-owned property & investment company that donates annually to our foundation.

Delma Palacios founded the Tatiana Palacios Foundation in March 2020 in memory of her infant daughter Tatiana Aaliyah Palacios who passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in May of 2017 at only 5 and a half months old in their home in San Antonio. After fostering adults with special needs and Tatiana exhibiting special needs as a result of being a preemie and a difficult pregnancy/birth, Delma decided that her focus would be on community outreach and assistance to the disabilities community. To date, they have served near 350 adults with disabilities (some children) and their caregivers.
